How can you get your dog to stop farting?
I know “it’s natural” but it’s the worst kind of dog fart ever.. It’s not that she has to go to the bathroom either.. Is there some kind of medicine for that?
Her diet is hard food mixed with wet food.. No human food!!
Occasionally she gets those dried chicken strip treats for dogs
@Ladarah.. my dog would starve herself if i fed her fruits and veggies.. she only likes meat which is why i have to trick her to eat dry food
I know she is not eating too fast, she eats slow because of the dry food, she doesn’t like it that much so she eats slowly.. if i gave her just dry food, she would go on a hunger strike.. she’s done this before!! i suppose eventually she’d start eating after a couple of days, how long could she keep that up for anyways
You don’t say what breed of dog you have but some breeds are more prone to flatulence than others.
It is the normal process of digesting food and eliminating the natural gasses associated with digesting food. There is little to nothing you can do except get used to it.
Brachycephalic breeds (shorter faces and airways) tend to have more gas than other breeds. I myself have 4 boxers and there are times that everyone has to leave a room due to them all talking from their backsides at the same time.
Living with a breed that is known to be flatulent is real love LOL
