Were you hungry when you were a kid?
When I was a kid there wasn’t much food to eat. I came from a big family and dad did his best.
………. so I had a contra deal going with the dog next door.
One of her K9 biscuits (chicken flavour) for 200 pats.
Once she clued onto the deal she would actually save the chicken ones for me.
They sure tasted funny though when she got impatient waiting for me and did home delivery.

While in College, I held two jobs to financially take care of myself. I lived basically in my Volkswagen beetle, roaming the homes of my friends at the time and sleeping in their parents driveway. Of course, I was a “good girl” born to very dysfunctional Italian parents. The parents of my friends, fed me. That’s my story. They would call me in the house early mornings and feed me breakfast. Wasn’t that swell?
