What was the name of the dog that liked dog biscuits on Quick Draw McGraw?

There was a dog that after eating a dog biscuit would hug himself a couple times then jump in the air and float down slowly on his back, then go do what he was asked. What was his name, I am pretty sure it was on the Quick Draw McGraw cartoons. Any links to old cartoons with the dog in it?
