HELP ME PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Ok well right now i have my dog on canidae dog food. ive researched dog foods and this is a natural, well priced dog food. ive also tried california natural, merrick, etc.
well the problem is my dog has not been doing any better if not worse on the healthy brands than on the crap ones.
we recently went to the vet and we really like this vet but he told my dad to feed my dog pedigree, and that it was really good!!!! but its actually one of the worst. do vets even study nutrition?
so now my dad wants to switch to pedigree because he thinks its cheap and good for dogs. How do i convince him not to???
has it ever been proven dogs live longer on holistic dog foods?does it really mke a difference?
We dumped the Canidae .. since they changed formulas, it’s no longer a food that our dogs are doing well with.. constant diarrhea no matter how slowly you change them over.. Just not worth it.. The bags are smaller the price is bigger and constant diarrhea.. Sounds like I am getting the short end of the stick.. I can no longer in good conscience recommend Canidae to people..And we fed it for 2 years..
We changed our dogs over to Natural Balance.. None of the problems we were experiencing with Canidae at all.
Your vet would love for you to feed your dog Pedigree. that way he gets chronic skin and ear problems, he will suffer kidney and liver problems and generally be a sickly dog.. It’s to your vet’s benefit that your dog eat a crappy food like Pedigree.. Just like it’s to your mechanic’s benefit to put inferior products on your car.. MAKES THEM MORE MONEY.. Feed a good quality food so that you are putting your money into your dog’s diet, rather than your vet ‘s pocket..
